The Malaysian Blind Sports Association (MBSA), is a non – profit voluntary National Sports Organization for the Blind which was registered with the Malaysian Sports Commissioner on June 8, 2010 (Registration No. : 3786/2010).

It is affiliated to the International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA), International Blind Bowls Association (IBBA) and Paralympic Council of Malaysia (PCM).
​
In recent years, the Blind have been actively involved in sports like Athletics, Swimming, Judo, Goalball, Futsal (played by Totally Blind), Powerlifting, Shooting (with special gadgets) Tandem Cycling, Tenpin Bowling, Chess, not only in local but in International Championships.
MBSA’s focus is to rehabilitate the Blind through sports and create a greater awareness among the public on the capabilities of the Blind & Visually Impaired in sports.

In order to meet the needs, demands and challenges of global sports, MBSA is continuously striving to improve and expand its existing services to the Blind to integrate them in the society.
